Where possible we recommend face to face consultation for the first visit. This helps us to understand your situation thoroughly.

If you wish to have a distance consultation, please follow the simple steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Submit your details and make online payment or post a cheque / money order for your treatment.

Step 2: Reply to our specially designed questionnaire. You will also have to send any related clinical reports and a recent passport photo.

Step 3: We will do a follow up phone consultation (if required) to know further details of your symptoms.

Step 4: Your medicine will be delivered by express post to your designated address.

• Once we receive the completed questionnaire, your case is studied in depth. Homeopathic remedies that can best treat your condition are determined after evaluation of your case.
• Indicated remedies will be posted to your designated address via express post. We will include instructions on how to use them.
• Your case will be evaluated after a definite period of using the remedies.
• Use of long distance online treatment means you agree to the Terms of use.
• You can contact us through email or phone for any queries and to let us know of the progress.
