Swadharma Yoga is about understanding and practicing yoga according to ones own body nature or principles. It is not to compete or to do just a physical workout. Understanding what comes naturally and harmoniously to you and practicing accordingly is Swadharma. It is to help the body to do yogic postures with ease and give relaxation incorporating Pranayama (Yogic Breathing Exercises) Meditation and some chanting.
